Originating in Greek mythology, the hippocampus was a half-horse, half-fish creature that was especially prized by the sea-god Poseidon, and according to Homer, drew his chariot across the seas. Through the ages, hippocampi has evolved to hold various heraldic and symbolic meanings, mostly relating to maritime and ocean-faring affairs. This Hippocampus is ready to adorn your every day objects with a calming swirl of ocean colors, and is sure to be a conversation piece wherever you choose to put him.

My die-cut stickers are printed with pigment inks on high quality weatherproof paper in my home studio in upstate NY. They are sealed with a clear matte laminate especially formulated for sticker-making, and carefully cut in small batches. Each sticker is meticulously inspected and then run through a cold laminator to ensure maximum color depth and long-lasting details.
Your sticker will arrive to you carefully packaged in a sturdy mailer.
Sticker Care: In order to get the maximum lifespan for your sticker, surface clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Although stickers are quite durable and can withstand lots of daily wear and tear, avoid placing your stickers on items that will be run through a dishwasher, or frequently submerged in water for long periods of time.
