Shipping and Policies

Salutations, lovely people! I look forward to doing business with you. Everything you see on here is handmade by me in my studio in Upstate New York. Above all, I hope you enjoy the things that come out of my hands and into your life, and that they become a treasured part of your 


I accept PayPal and all major credit cards. 

Change your mind? No problem!...but if at all possible, kindly notify me within 3 days of your purchase (especially with made-to-order items) that you would like to cancel a transaction and I will gladly do so.


Items ship in EcoEnclose™ biodegradable bubble mailers if size allows. 

Recycled boxes will be used for larger orders. New boxes are available upon request. 

*Please indicate on your order form if you would like any further gift-wrapping. 


For made-to-order items, please allow the amount of time stated in my shop announcement before notification of shipment. I will try to keep up with my estimated ship dates to the best of my ability. I pride myself on my communication with customers, so if anything changes, you will be the first to know.

Kindly allow a longer turnaround time for larger orders. I will be in touch throughout the process with updates.


All international customers are responsible for their own customs fees. Your customs slip will be filled out thoroughly and honestly. I know customs fees can be a drag, but please do not ask me to lie on your customs form--it's against the law.


Domestic orders sent via USPS First Class Mail will generally arrive 4-5 business days after they leave my hands. 

International orders sent via USPS First Class International Mail will generally arrive 7-20 business days after they leave my hands. It all depends on where you live! 

Domestic orders orders sent via Priority Mail will generally arrive 2-3 business days after they leave my hands. 

International ordered sent via Priority Mail will generally arrive 6-10 business days after the leave my hands. 

I take a lot of pride in my business and want you to have the best experience possible. I am always looking for ways to make a more pleasurable buying experience for you, so don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do whatever I can to help.

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept refunds on a case-by-case basis. If your item is damaged in the mail, or arrives at your doorstep with any defects, I will supply the return shipping cost, and you will have the option of having your money refunded, or the item replaced. I will not grant any refunds unless the damaged item is returned to me in the condition it was when it arrived to you. 

Returns will not be accepted after 14 business days. 

All items are made with the highest regard to craftsmanship and durability. If you feel that your item has not withstood a reasonable amount of play, contact me. If your child takes a pair of scissors to their apple tree, there isn't much I can do. If garland strings break, apples or pears get lost right away or seams split after five minutes of contact, I will do my best to accommodate your specific need. 

Custom/personalized items cannot be returned. 

All shipping costs include insurance. If your item is definitely lost in the mail, an insurance claim will be filed, and you will have the choice of ordering a free replacement, or having your money refunded. Please note that the tracking information on items may not be constantly updated--some USPS facilities are more reliable than others--so if you don't notice any activity in your tracking log, don't panic!


I make everything with my own two hands. Although I do use patterns for made to order items, each item is a unique creation with its own quirks and bits of personality. If you are looking for items that are 100% identical to listing photographs, I might recommend that you look at my one of a kind items.
