"How Does Your Garden Grow?" // SMALL Felt Garden Playset // Montessori Classroom Work
I often wish I'd inherited my father's green thumb. I'm fairly certain I'm incapable of keeping plants alive for any length of time, and forget remembering to water classroom plants. If you are like me, this little vegetable garden is the perfect one for you and your students. It can be used for learning about the harvest, root vegetables, creative play and practical life lessons.
Each piece is handcrafted, sturdy, and lightweight. Materials used for the exteriors are natural wool felt scraps, Poly-thread, and a few scraps of high-quality cotton fabric.
They are stuffed with 100% organic cotton fiber, that gives them a lovely softness and tactility that little hands crave.
Each vegetable fits into its own little pocket of "dirt" and can be gathered in the felt basket.
- 1 garden mat
- 3 carrots
- 3 radishes
- 3 beets
- 3 turnips
- 1 basket
I make each and every item here with my own two hands, so no two will be exactly alike!
Your set arrives in a reusable handmade muslin drawstring bag--which can be used for storage of your rainbow set or any number of other things around your house or classroom.
++ If you would like a different selection of vegetables, please indicate and list them in the NOTES section of checkout form. I will be happy to accommodate.
